Die ISO 3795 ist eine in Europa, Kanada und Japan verwendete technisch gleichwertige Norm. Die FMVSS 302 beschreibt die Anforderungen an den Feuerwiderstand von Materialien, die in der Passagierzelle von Motorfahrzeugen (z. B. Personenkraftwagen, Mehrzweck-Passagierfahrzeugen, Lastkraftwagen und Bussen) verwendet werden. Sie dient der Reduzierung der Todesf\u00e4lle und Verletztungen bei Passagieren bei Br\u00e4nden in Kraftfahrwagen, insbesondere bei Fahrzeugbr\u00e4nden, die im Fahrzeuginnenraum durch z. B.
